Network onboarding checklist

Everything you need to configure in your first hour after signing up so you can start running campaigns.

Updated 2026-05-21

The platform sets up your network as soon as you complete signup. Below is the order most admins follow on day one.

    • Set your timezone + currency in Settings → General. Reports and payout windows respect this.
    • Upload your logo under Branding → Brand identity. Light + dark variants if you have them.
    • Customise your subdomain or add a custom domain. Subdomain ships out of the box at .trackofferz.com. Bring-your-own-domain lives under Branding → Custom domain.
    • Invite teammates from Settings → Team. Roles: Admin, Operator, Read-only.
    • Add your first advertiser under Advertisers → + New. They sign in at your subdomain to manage their own campaigns.
    • Approve your first publisher applications. They apply at .trackofferz.com/signup/publisher.

Run a full click-through-conversion test before opening campaigns to live publishers. Use the Postback test tool to fire a sandbox conversion and confirm payouts appear in your reports correctly. It's the single best 10 minutes you can spend on day one.

What runs on the platform vs your end

Advertisers, campaigns, publishers, capsClickHouse-backed analytics, postback delivery
Payout terms + invoicingCookie + cross-device attribution, audit log
Team access + impersonationDDoS protection, TLS, IPv4/IPv6

If you're coming from Trackier, Trackdesk, Affise, CAKE, or TUNE — most concepts map 1:1. The biggest practical difference is that conversions are captured at the edge (not the panel), so your reports lag the click by ~50ms instead of ~5 seconds.
