Generating your first tracking link
Create a unique link for each campaign you promote so every click and conversion is attributed back to you.
Updated 2026-05-21
A tracking link is the URL you share with your audience. The network's edge swaps it for the advertiser's landing page in under 50ms and records the click against your publisher ID.
Where to find your links
- Sign in to your publisher portal at
.trackofferz.com/p. - Open Offers in the sidebar.
- Click the campaign you've been approved for. If you don't see it listed, the campaign hasn't been opened to you yet — ask the network admin.
- On the offer detail page, copy the link shown next to your publisher ID.
What the link looks like
A tracking link includes the network's edge host, the campaign ID, your publisher ID, and any sub-IDs you choose to pass through:
https://edge.trackofferz.com/v1/offer?cid=12&pid=347&sub1=blog-post-3
You can append your own parameters (sub1 through sub5, plus transaction_id) — they'll flow into every conversion event the advertiser fires back, so you can reconcile traffic on your side.
Test the link before you publish it. Click your own link, complete the test conversion the advertiser provides, and check that the conversion appears in Reports → Conversion detail.
Common mistakes
- Linking to the landing page directly — clicks go untracked. Always route through your tracking link.
- Sharing the same link to two networks — the link is scoped to one network's panel. Each network has its own.
- Stripping query parameters in your CMS — many blog/CMS platforms strip
?sub1=.... Use a redirect plugin or the network's "deep link" feature.
